Founder, CPSI (Certified Playground Safety Inspector), CPRP (Certified Parks & Recreation Professional)
Expert in all things playground, Tricia leads the planning and management of every Nature Playscapes project. She guides the design team in applying best‑practice principles grounded in national standards for public playground safety and inclusive design, including ASTM, CPSC, and ADAAG.
In nature‑connected play settings, her expertise is essential. Tricia carefully evaluates acceptable risk levels, materials, layouts, and component selections, and directs installation methods that create environments where children can explore safely, owners can operate confidently, and play remains rich with adventure and discovery.
Bringing 25 years of project and risk‑management experience in parks and recreation, and nearly 20-years as a Certified Playground Safety Inspector, Tricia ensures every playscape is intentionally designed, responsibly built, and developmentally meaningful at its core.
